How much does shipping cost? How will my order be shipped?

How long will it take to ship? 
Processing time for orders is 1 – 2 days. However, we aim orders placed by 12pm GMT Monday – Friday to despatch on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be dispatched the next working day and orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. We will notify you by e-mail once your order has been despatched.

Does Omorosecosmetics.com ship to P.O. Boxes? 
Omorosecosmetics.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Does Omorose ship internationally?
Omorosecosmetics.com ships internationally.

Is Omorose looking for international distribution opportunities? 
Yes we are looking into options for expansion internationally in the near future.

Omorose cosmetics will gladly accept returns on omorosecosmetics.com orders within 30 days unless the item is used. 

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items in your order from www.omorosecosmetics.com. 
  • Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via DHL, Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Omorose is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. 
  • Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and omorosecosmetics.com order number 
  • Used products: We cannot accept returns on used products. 

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

We only accept returns for items purchased through www.omorosecosmetics.com. If you purchased an Omorose item from a retail partner, please contact the retailer directly.

Placing an order 

How do I order online? 
1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product, shade and quantity, choose "add to shopping bag." 
2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping bag, where you can click on "continue shopping" or "checkout." 
3. When you press “check out” simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press “submit order”. 
4. We'll process your order within 1-2 business days; you get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order. 

What payment method do you accept? 
For Malaysia orders, OmoroseCosmetics.com accepts all online bank transfer, credit card, paypal through Ipay88 Merchant. For International orders we only accept credit card, Paypal through Paypal Merchant.

I haven't received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late? 
Please send an email to support@omorosecosmetics.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP. 

I received an error message while trying to place an order, what do I do? 
Our website works best with IE7 and Mozilla Firefox. To help resolve this issue you may want to delete your computers cookies and empty the cache as these sometimes interfere with online merchants. If this problem persists, please contact support@omorosecosmetics.com . 

Ingredients / testing 

Is Omorose cruelty free? 
Yes. Omorose cosmetics is a cruelty-free cosmetics line. Omorose make-up is never tested on animals. 

What are Omorose's guidelines for international products? 
All Omorose products use only natural preservatives where needed, without using parabens and phenoxyethanol. The factory that manufactures all Omorose products has been certified with GMPC, ISO 9001:2008 standards and conforms to FDA, EEC and other international regulations. Also, as a cruelty-free brand, Omorose conducts no animal testing.

I have allergies to certain ingredients, can you give me a list of products that do not contain this allergen? 
At every Omorose product page in the Omorose shop there is an ingredient listing where you can find the ingredients to the products you’re interested in. Omorose cannot guarantee that any ingredients or products were produced in an allergen free environment. 


Does Omorose offer free samples? How can I receive free samples? 
Omorose offers a free sample with purchase through our Omorose tokens program. You may choose your free sample at check out. Please note that while we make our best effort to deliver you the sample you chose, samples can change at any time and are subject to availability.

Does Omorse offer wholesale discounts or samples for retailers and distributors? 
Yes, Omorose offers incremental discounts based on volume of wholesale order. To apply, click “Wholesale” on our web page, or visit: http://omorosecosmetics.com/wholesale and follow the instructions. Our sales representative will contact you and attend to your queries.

Wholesale shipping 
With the wholesale discount available on Omorose products, retailers and distributors are to bear all shipping cost. Shipping cost depends on the dimension and weight of the particular shipment.
